Practice makes perfect ... they say. In NLP  application I am not sure perfect exists, however those who practice and hone skills seem to create and enjoy significantly more results than those who dont. Things have changed for sure in the NLP world over the last 12 months, I have had increased communication from past delegates on courses globally (both corporate and pure NLP) wanting to revisit elements of their Practitioner training. The reasons for this seems to be a need to be in the environment unique to NLP Training ... one of creativity, curiosity and skill building. Practice groups have there purpose although taking time out for a day can be more effective than a few hours after a busy day. Metropolis over the years has had many individuals who have formed long lasting relationships with those on trainings and welcome the opportunity to come back with those who are part of their story at pivotal times in their development. With this theme in mind this week in Leeds we are having a module presenting the first 3 days of foundation building for a Practitioner training where past delegates are welcome to drop in for full days and re charge and learn the new thinking and applications of the content topics.
