Option Be is a pragmatic development plan for individuals who are in a situation where they have to change. The time period is 90 days where ten pivotal areas for change are integrated into the working life of participlnats. The program was adapted from an in house HR initiative for new leaders working in the music business.
The program is scaleable and can be adapted to shorter than 90 days for a concentrated effect where needed.
Option Be has an elearning site for members who have experienced corporate training with Metropolis.
