Skill Build

Metropolis will be hosting some skill build days in September for Practitioners to develop and network. The focus will be on NLP business applications and training. Currently the markets have forced change to many sectors and NLP has been the chosen tool to develop and deal with motivating teams and managing change through coaching.

Behavior Style profiling

Profiling saves time and achieves results by identifying characteristics of an individuals behavior style enabling teams and leaders to be more strategic and pro active. Metropolis will be delivering an introduction to profiling for teams and coaching on 28th August in Leeds. Participants will receive a 42 page personal behavioral report and training of how to introduce NLP applications with behavior style analysis.
